They wont stand up to warranty after selling me wrong product, product has been in non working condition since boughten new,

over 3 months on fixing situation under warranty , shuffeled around to over 6 differant people , no return calls , i have to chase them for answeres , exstensive mechanical trials and errors done on my end through their directive and all proven to be fruitless, it is a product defect they are not standing up to , they want to sell me new vacuume parts at retail cost , not acceptable , they are going to be reported to maassachusettes consumer protection under law 93 a, unfair and deceptive conduct , i have exstensive notes and no productive remedies from them for over 3 months , stay away from them if u can based upon my exsperiences

Searched their site to find a replacement roller brush for my sweeper, and told on the site which one would fit. Placed an order even though the shipping was almost as much as the item, but wanted to repair not replace the sweeper.

When I received it, it was to large. Sent them an email, but never heard back from them.

Ordered a replacement powerhead for Electrolux Vacuum. Showed a picture of the one I was trying to replace.

Received a Knock off powerhead that was nothing like the old one. Too disgusted to pursue further because it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. It did fit and worked but was nothing like the Electrolux part I was trying to replace.

Hope their business crumbles due to their incompetence and deceptive practices. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!

Arrived in mail 2 days ago excellent service happy with the short time it took to ship and receive. Thought it would have taken longer as some do. Between ordering and delivery was less than 10 days.

Still No Refund

I purchased an Electrolux vacuum from them in December 2019 for my mother. It took forever for it to arrive and then the power nozzle didnt fit.

After calling them, Josh said a tech would call. No call came. I called back and this time Josh said he would send a replacement part. When my mother attached the new piece, the vacuum still didnt work.

My mother took it to a vacuum store to look at it and had to pay money only for them to say the vacuum was faulty, return it. I called evacuum and again got Josh, who rudely told me the refund window has expired and I couldnt return and that he would get their tech department to call and walk us through steps to get vacuum to work. Over a week goes by and no call. I called again and got a woman named Jamie who issued a refund and sent me the return label.

Now by this point the pandemic started and even though UPS confirmed the return was received, I still did not get my refund. When I called again, it was Josh who told me that their returns department was closed due to pandemic and that there would be a delay in processing refunds. This was in April. In May, the department reopened and I was told it would take 4-6 weeks.

We are now coming to the end of July and still no refund. This company is avoiding refunds.

This is inexcusable. This is fraud, dont do business with them.

COMPLAINT ABOUT INCORRECT PART # RECEIVED

ON OR ABOUT 8/1/20 i ordered a dust brush part no. 14-16**-**.

I received part no 165270 ( a hardwood floor dust mop refill) At a considerable added cost.

Your invoice order # 127****. This invoice also notes in the small print that due to Covid 19 returns have been temporality suspended.

I have disputed the $28.40 on my Wells Fargo Visa bill accordingly. I have also purchased the correct part elsewhere.

Order not received

Placed order, received email that order shipped, never received order. Contacted them, kept getting order shipped from electrolux, we will get tracking number, four times I was told this story.

After reading reviews it appears this is a common practice. Told today they are cancelling order and refunding my $141. I figure that won't happen either. Going through PayPal to get refund.

I got double shipped and double billed

I ordered filters and when I didn't receive them I called and they told me that my order did not go through. Therefore I ordered them again.

I received them two times. and was billed twice on my card.
